HIGHLIGHTS OF EXPERIENCE

Performs 2000+ hours yearly of interpreting services in diverse settings including surgeries, job interviews, parent-teacher meetings, business calls, legal disputes, and church services 
   
 Interprets for Deaf students seeking post-secondary degrees at Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, Towson University, and others 
   
 Provides weekly interpretation services for psychiatrist, multiply-disabled Deaf patients, and Deaf caregivers 
   
 Has participated in over 45 hours of legal training and has served as Interpreter/Officer of the Court for over 200 District, Circuit, Family, and Juvenile cases 
   
 Helped open a 15-booth Video Relay Call Center, and continues to serve as Point of Contact for 65+ interpreters, provides mentoring to novice interpreters and students, while receiving numerous caller commendations
